Air Show Deck Party on the Mather
September 5-7, 2026
10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
$27 non-members, $20 members
Watch the Air Show from the best spot in town on the Steamship William G. Mather! Guests should bring chairs as seating is not provided. Event includes on- and off-access to the ship for the day. Food and drinks are available for purchase.
Parking: Parking is available in the Great Lakes Science Center's attached parking garage, located on the street between the Science Center and Cleveland Browns Stadium.
Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellations must be made two days in advance to receive a refund. No refunds will be given less than two days in advance.
Air Show Family Picnic
Saturday, September 5 - Monday, September 7
10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
$90 Adult, $75 Youth, $65 Adult and Youth Members
Watch the Air Show from the Science Center's terrace overlooking North Coast Harbor. Guests receive VIP access for the day, including family games and activities, general admission to the Science Center, complimentary parking in the Science Center’s attached garage, and a buffet lunch from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Seating is provided but guests may bring chairs.
Lunch Menu
- Hot Dog station with classic Chicago-style dogs with relish, onion, tomato, pepper, pickle and mustard, Cleveland dogs with ball park mustard and ketchup and Cincinnati dogs with Skyline Chili, shredded cheese and diced onion.
- Hamburger bar with all-beef or veggie burgers and assorted toppings.
- Chopped salad
- Watermelon salad
Parking: Parking is included in ticket prices in the Science Center's attached garage. Note that capacity is limited and not guaranteed.
