Let the dominoes fall as you discover all types of simple machines and engineer your own gidgets, gizmos and gadgets. Create your own jitter-bugs while learning about electricity and elasticity and work as part of a team to create a mechanical apparatus to complete a simple task.

Calling all amateur sleuths to work together and solve a mystery at the Science Center. Learn about the detective work of Sherlock Holmes and the science he used to solve cases. Experiment with forensic techniques such as acid and base reactions and fingerprinting, and even complete DNA extractions.

Come investigate our extreme weather files and learn about all the severe weather types that occur around the world. Experiment with architectural structures as you test your designs against the power of a flood, tornado strength winds, and other weather phenomenon.

Campers will learn about how glaciers, volcanoes and tides contributed to the creation of the landmasses we see every day.
