FAQs
Q: What is included in my rental? A: Basic security and housekeeping services, support from our events team to assist with layouts and other logistics, basic AV (podium, wireless handheld microphone, speakers, projector), tables and chairs for up to 250 guests.
Q: Is parking included? A: Most events include onsite parking, conveniently located in the Science Center’s attached garage.
Q: When can I rent the museum? A: Daytime and evening rentals are available yearround! Our spaces are ideal for corporate meetings, business retreats, training meetings, holiday parties, weddings and more, and can accommodate small, intimate gatherings for 20 or large gatherings of up to 2,500 guests. Please note that our exhibit spaces are available for evening event rentals only.
Our Event Spaces
Rent one great space, multiple spaces or the whole museum, with a variety of indoor and outdoor options. Locations are available to accommodate groups of all sizes, from 20 to 2,000+ guests. Our onsite, attached 500-car parking garage is available for all events. Rental pricing begins at $3,500. Full catering is conveniently available with our onsite, exclusive caterer.
