Great Lakes Science Center is open Monday – Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursdays 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday – Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Tickets can be purchased online or on-site at the Box Office.
Please note that the Science Center, including the Steamship William G. Mather, will be closed for home Cleveland Browns games.

Tour this restored 618-foot historic ship and see what life was like on board a working Great Lakes freighter. This tour allows access to areas of the ship not included in self or guided tours. Cost includes general admission to the Science Center and admission to the public areas of the Mather after the tour. Hard Hat Tours require our guests to wear shoes or boots that are close-toed with a fully enclosed heel. Guests will be given hard hats and safety glasses to be worn during the tour. Ages 10 and older only.
