Educator Night
Calling all educators! The Science Center’s Educator Open House event is returning for 2025! Join us from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, October 16 and bring your family for a free showcase of the educational opportunities the Science Center is offering for the 2025-2026 school year, including field trips, live science shows, workshops and outreach programs.
Free admission for the evening includes educators’ family members (up to five free admissions, adults or children), free parking, and a free movie in the Cleveland Clinic DOME Theater.
Guests can explore samplings of workshop activities, see special presentations of Big Science Shows, meet the Science Center instructors who teach our workshops, and register your class for a field trip or workshop. There will also be snacks provided, and the Science Center is open until 8 p.m. that night so you can experience all of the other hands-on exhibits in the museum including the new Handle With Care early childhood empathy exhibit and the NASA Glenn Visitor Center.
Event Schedule:
4 p.m. – Program registration and activities open
5 p.m. – It’s Electric big science show
6 p.m. – Fire and Ice big science show
7 p.m. – Special educator screening in the DOME Theater
No advanced registration is needed for this special event. Just bring your valid teaching credential or school district ID.
